The Victory Dance Leadership Inner Circle is a six-month virtual leadership room intentionally limited to a small, carefully curated cohort of women who are ready for depth and real integration.
Each month includes:
• Two full-room leadership conversations for depth, challenge, and shared insight
• Two small pod sessions for focused integration and honest feedback
• A private WhatsApp space for ongoing reflection and real-time connection
The depth of this room is created through active participation and shared responsibility.
The Structure
Investment
Founding Member Investment:
$1,250 per month for six months
Total investment: $7,500
Future cohorts will be $2,000 per month.
This founding rate honors the women who step into the inaugural room and help establish its depth, culture, and standard.
This room is designed for women whose decisions influence teams, families, organizations, and communities. The internal shifts made here extend far beyond the calls themselves.

Optional Private Calibration
For women who desire additional one-on-one depth, private leadership calibration sessions are available.
Single Session: $750
Three-Session Package: $2,500
These sessions are designed for leaders who want additional precision, individualized integration, or executive-level refinement alongside the group work.
Entry into the Victory Dance Leadership Inner Circle begins with a 30-minute private calibration conversation.
This is a focused, intentional dialogue where we will:
