Lead With Aliveness
Turn Survivorship into Strategic and Embodied Leadership
Trauma survivor women in leadership who integrate the Victory Dance Method access a level of internal freedom they once believed impossible: the freedom to lead without reliving the past.
Their center becomes steady, their voice unmistakably clear, and the actions they choose moving forward come from alignment, desire, and expansion, not survival. Guided by Certified Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach Naomi Lerman, this work turns adversity into embodied leadership.

As Heard On
The Victory Method

Trauma survivor women lead in more places than the world knows how to recognize - in boardrooms and classrooms, at kitchen tables and community gatherings, and in the quiet spaces where culture is shaped.
Survivorship wired them for depth, discernment, and high-stakes intuition. Now the work is to make that leadership embodied, intentional, and aligned.
Through the Victory Dance Method, survivors access a level of internal freedom that lets them lead without reliving the past. Their center settles, their voice becomes unmistakably clear, and their decisions arise from desire, purpose, and expansion rather than survival.
Guided by Certified Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach Naomi Lerman, this work refines survivorship into strategic advantage and embodied aliveness.

1:1 Customized Coaching
Strategic and Embodied Leadership for Trauma Survivor Women
This coaching is for trauma survivor women who are ready to lead beyond survival and into their fullest alignment and agency.
Over six months, we work through the Victory Dance Method - a mind, body, and soul framework - to refine the capacities survivorship already wired into you and transform them into strategic and embodied leadership.
Together, we unwind survival-driven patterns, build nervous system capacity, expand emotional range, and restore internal safety so that you can lead with clarity, steadiness, and aligned intention.
Through somatic practices, mindset training, nourishment foundations, movement, and soul-based guidance, your voice strengthens, your decision-making sharpens, and your leadership becomes grounded in desire, purpose, and aliveness rather than survival.
This work is non-clinical, integrative, and deeply embodied. It’s for women who have already done significant inner work and are now ready to convert survivorship into a way of leading, creating, and living that feels alive, aligned, and wholly their own.

Because Survivors Are Already Built for Leadership
Naomi delivers talks that integrate trauma-informed expertise, lived survivorship, and embodied leadership.
Her keynotes introduce a new narrative for trauma survivor women - one where survivorship is not just something to heal from, but something to lead with.
Drawing from the Victory Dance perspective, Naomi shows audiences how survivorship wires unique capacities for leadership through discernment, attunement, resilience, and high-stakes intuition and how to refine those embodied capacities into aligned and strategic leadership in both personal and professional arenas.
Whether speaking to founders, educators, mothers, leaders, or community groups, Naomi creates a grounded and soulful space for women to see themselves differently: not as survivors to be fixed, but as leaders already shaped by adversity.
Audiences walk away with a renewed relationship to their voice, their agency, and their capacity to lead with clarity, courage, and aliveness.
